How do I batch save Outlook MSG files as PDF documents?988

Jamesanderson01 private msg quote post Address this user
I have a large folder of Outlook MSG files from old work emails. Saving them one by one as PDF is taking too much time. I need a batch method that can convert multiple MSG files into PDF documents together without changing the original files. The emails include attachments, HTML formatting, and old Outlook message headers. Has anyone used a proper batch process for MSG to PDF conversion? I also want to know if folder selection is better than adding MSG files manually.

Batch saving MSG files as PDF is much better than doing a manual save for each email. One-by-one conversion takes time and it also increases the chance of missing headers or attachments.
For this case,TurstVare MSG to PDF Converter can be a useful option to check. It supports folder mode, so you can add a full folder of MSG files and export them into PDF format together. It also keeps message details like From To, CC, BCC, Subject, Sent info, formatting, hyperlinks, font size and attachments. The original MSG files are not changed during the process.
Folder selection is better when all MSG files belong to the same project or mailbox. Manual file selection is better when you only need some emails. Before running the full batch, convert a small folder first and check the PDF output, attachments, and email headers. Keep the original MSG folder backed up separately.
