[Resolved] Unscheduled Maintenance on the DNS System of our Upstream Provider

Dear Customers,

Dear Customers,

Our upstream provider is having a major DNS issue. Some of our internal domains are use this DNS provider and are currently unavailable, which means certain services may be inaccessible. The list of affected services are listed below:

– DNS v1 and v2

– freeDNS service

– Private email

– Hosting Resellers (domains, email, FTP, ssh) that use our rs##.registrar-servers.com nameservers

Our upstream provider is currently working to resolve the DNS issue. In the mean time, we are moving the affected domains to an alternative DNS platform and expect service restoration soon.

Unfortunately, there is no current ETA for the issue. We will keep you updated on the progress. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your continued support and patience.
