I definitely do not recommend Clickdesk as a solution.
They charge an anuual fee which is non-refundable and they do not advise when you will be charged.
Even if your account is inactive there is no way to remove your card details from the platform.

We were charged €10000 and immediately contacted the platform to obtain a refund since we have not used the system for 6 months. They said no so we have lost €1000 for one years use of something we were not using.

I don't suggest using Clickdesk. They have a yearly fee that you can't get back, and they don't tell you when they'll charge you. If you don't use your account, you still can't remove your card details.
