Maraschino — A frontend for XBMC HTPCs containing a trakt module which shows you what people are saying about the episode or movie that you're watching, and allows you to add your own shouts.
Java API Wrapper — A Java wrapper around the trakt API and a simple DSL for easy interaction. Very useful for writing android apps.
Aeon Nox — This skin from Big_Noid is a mod of Aeon and Confluence for XBMC Eden that is very slick. Even better is it natively applies the Aeon Nox look and feel to the Trakt Utilities interfaces.
TraktFlix — A hosted Ruby on Rails application that imports movies you've watched on Netflix (instant or DVD) into your trakt library.
iTrakt — An iPhone app that allows you to browse you TV show library, and get your calendar and recommendations. It also allows you mark episodes as seen.

XBMC Dharma Importer — A PHP script that finds the TV shows and movies you have in XBMC and adds them to your collection and marks as seen.
