| Snipping tool should be here: C:\Windows\System32\SnippingTool.exe. If not, download this zip file. De-extract the zip and drag Snipping Tool.exe into system32 and then Right Click on it and chose Create Shortcut (if you already have a SnippingTool.exe in system32, you do not need to use my one). On the dialogue press Yes, drag it into Accessories in the Start Menu Also try going to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off > and select Tablet PC Components.
